Our company provides File Transfer Protocol (FTP) site services in order to transfer large file sizes that otherwise would not be able to be emailed. In essence, this service allows immediate file transfer without the hassles of email failures and overnight deliveries, no matter where you are located. In addition, we can upload the files to the print shop of your choosing in order to make it simple for you to pickup full size prints including drawings, design notes, photographs, and more.
This is part of an ongoing effort to provide excellence in the service that we offer to both the large corporations and the small organizations in which we serve. All drawings and electronic files are the property of the Client or Owner. Final copies of all material involved shall be turned over to the Client or Owner for their use. Curran Consulting retains the right to keep copies of all materials as a matter of record and for future services provided to the Client or Owner as the need arises.
Please note that Curran Consulting is not an architectural or structural engineering firm, which means we do not have the license ability to sign or certify (stamp) drawings. We are simply a technical drafting service. Any drawings requiring architectural or structural design and certification (stamping) must be reviewed by a certified licensed individual or organization.
Curran Consulting is responsible for corresponding with the Architect or Engineer of record as required in order to perform a service to the Client or Owner on an as needed basis, because of this you’re not paying principal rates which is more economical for your project in the long run. All services of this nature shall be quoted independently of the actual drafting services and will be billed accordingly.

With a passion for architecture that developed out of childhood toys such as the Erector building set and Beams and Girders Play set, Keith Curran grew to have a profound understanding and respect for structural creativity. His mastermind for building quickly grew into an understanding of the complexities that would fuel the very foundation of the business he runs today.
Curran Consulting was built on a mission to achieve a sense of accomplishment, while making a significant difference and impact within both the workforce and construction document environment. With over 33 years of industry experience, Keith takes great pride in holding steadfast to that principal to this very day.
